CHRC’s Classification Team provides advisory services on classification and position management.  Our team is available to evaluate position management for all NCR-MD directorates in order to find ways to improve structure, work distribution, and the use of employee skills.  As the request of management, our classification specialists may conduct special reviews and surveys in conjunction with manpower and management analysis surveys to identify problems with any of the following:

•  Alignment •  Supervisor/employee ratios
•  Delineation of duties and responsibilities

•  Career development opportunities

•  Employee retention •  Delegations of authority
•  Economy of grade structure​​  

The results of our analysis may be used to make recommendation for reorganization, expansion, consolidation, establishment of trainee level and intermediate positions, and much, much more.
