Employee Relations

Our Labor Management/Employee Relations (LMER) Specialists ensure that employee relations issues are handled effectively and expediently in order to improve workplace productivity and morale. Technical advice and assistance is available on all matters pertaining to employee conduct, performance, and medical concerns. The team serves as a center of LMER expertise, responsible for case management of adverse actions and unacceptable performance actions. Our LMER Specialists are available to conduct training sessions on a variety of topics, from leave and attendance management to preventing violence in the workplace.
