Training and Development

The mission of the CHRC Human Resource Development (HRD) section is to design policy and programs to ensure NCR-MD’s learning and development efforts support strategic human capital investments in Leadership, Knowledge, and Talent Management.  We do this through:

  • Conducting Training Needs Assessments
  • Advising management on how to properly administer IDPs
  • Offering training through various mediums to suit your scheduling needs
  • Providing comprehensive training within your first year of becoming a supervisor on major HR concepts*
  • Providing ad-hoc training at your request
