Reporting A Workplace Violent Incident

We seek to empower leadership, management, employees and contractors in reporting workplace violence to create  and maintain a healthy and safe workplace.

Prohibited workplace behavior includes the following:

  • Possession and/or use of a weapon (unless required as a condition of employment) or other dangerous instrument
  • Other disruptive behavior reasonably perceived to be a threat of physical harm via any means (e.g., face-to-face, cyber, telephone)
  • Work-related incidents of domestic violence, sexual violence, and/or stalking
  • Attempted and/or threatened acts by or against employees and/or employees’ families or property

We encourage you to report any incidents of workplace violence to your Site Point of Contact or WVPP. Lastly, we encourage you to seek support through the available service-related programs at your site.
